At Qube Ceramics, all our products are handcrafted and carefully made with attention to detail. Due to the nature of handmade ceramicware, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

Each piece may have natural variations in color, texture, or form. These variations are a part of the handmade process and do not qualify as defects.

Damaged Items

In the rare case that your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. After review, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. No refunds will be issued.
